SHUTTLE SCHEDULES
Shuttle buses will be available for transportation to/from the McGhee Tyson Airport and will run every half hour.
Shuttle Bus Schedule:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday – Every half hour from the McGhee Tyson Airport to the hotel or Convention Center.
Thursday and Friday – Every half hour from the Knoxville Convention Center to the McGhee Tyson Airport.
In order to be picked up from the airport, you will need to send your travel itinerary and cell phone number to Corliss Thompson at thompsonc@ornl.gov.
Parking
Poplar Street Parking lot has been reserved to use during the ECP 2nd Annual Meeting (02/6-8/18). There will be a parking attendant checking passes beginning Tuesday, 02/06 at 6:00 a.m. If you arrive after 11:00 a.m., parking will not be guaranteed. Although we have the lot reserved, Monday and Friday are unofficial days. There will not be an attendant onsite on those days, so parking will be at risk since UTK is in session. If you need a parking pass, e-mail Corliss (thompsonc@ornl.gov) or pick up one at the Registration desk.
