REGISTRATION
To register for the Exascale Computing Project 2nd Annual Meeting, you will need to fill out a general-information form and pay the registration fee of $245. Registration closes on January 19, 2018.
Registration fee includes a working dinner one night during the meeting; working breakfast and lunch Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, refreshment breaks, and a reception in lieu of dinner for the poster session.

You can register for the meeting [here] by using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. An invoice/mailing check option is also available. An email confirmation will be sent upon completion of this form. To view your registration, print an invoice, reprint a receipt or submit payment, please use the login that you created to access this site.
Program Questions/Refunds/Cancellation Policy:
Meeting Registration is refundable until 1/12/2018

Foreign National Attendees:
Attendees who are not U.S. Citizens will need to provide additional information during the registration process and complete an additional step. After submitting payment for registration, the attendee will be sent an email invitation to complete a visit request. Registration will not be complete until the visit request is completely filled out and approved through ORNL's Foreign National (FN) Office.
Please note: The approvals may take up to two weeks. Therefore, Foreign Nationals should register by January 12, 2018.
