This is not a public meeting. It is open only to individuals funded by ECP (research projects and vendors) and staff at the DOE HPC facilities. Requests to attend by individuals not associated with the ECP should be submitted to ecpam-general@exascaleproject.org.

No, the deadline to submit a poster proposal was, Friday, November 29, 2019. Please contact the Poster Sessions organizers if you missed the deadline.

Each team is required to submit at least one abstract. For additional submissions, please contact the Posters Leads in the Calls page.

One poster for WBS project is automatically approved. You will be notified about any additional poster proposal approval following the proposal deadline.

New this year, your poster will be featured in an interactive digital display located in the hotel where attendees can access your poster and view it during the ECP AM. Additionally, by collecting the poster pdfs in Confluence, you and your team will be able to peruse poster topics online before, during, and after the annual meeting.

Upload your poster pdf into the ECP Confluence page https://confluence.exascaleproject.org/pages/viewpage.action?spaceKey=2020ECPAM&title=Posters. Please verify the information is correct in all fields and upload your poster pdf by January 17, 2020. Poster numbers will be assigned and made available in Confluence prior to the Annual Meeting.

You can make minor changes to the pdf that has been uploaded in Confluence, however after changes made to your poster pdf after January 27 will not be incorporated into the interactive digital display of posters during the annual meeting.

Unfortunately, it is not feasible for ECP to print posters. You should make arrangements to print your 35" (w) x 45" (h) poster and bring it to the Annual Meeting.

Your poster will be on display during the 2020 ECP Annual Meeting from Monday (2/3/2020) afternoon – Thursday (2/6/2020) afternoon of the meeting week.

You can put your poster up after noon on Monday 2/3/2020. If you are arriving after Monday, refer to your poster session date and time to ensure you put up your poster before the session.

Please collect your poster no later than Thursday afternoon.

Some days after the registration to the 2020 Annual Meeting each attendee will receive a welcome email with details about how to sign-in for the NDA sessions and other useful links.
